Was excited to discover if the device was kaput or just needed new drivers or what.ATS Service told me it could not mount my drive for diagnostics because it was not mounted.This circular logic = if something is broken we can't help you... so I tried the help chat. The human was only flowchart smart and unwilling so speculate more. Not a tech-head like we need.Plus, it leaves a nice folder on you HD after the experience called Microsoft ATS.
