Happy news for Windows 7 6801 build users. Now, you can unlock all protected Windows 7 features in 6801 build with a single click. Few days back, we had blogged about “How to unlock Windows 7 superbar“. If you are lazy to follow all the procedure in the previous guide, you need to use the Blue Badge tool.
[ad#ad-1]
Blue Badge for 6801 is a small utility from WithinWindows, which allows you unlock all the protected features like Superbar (new taskbar), Gestures, Panning, Desktop Slideshow and Tablet PC with a single click. Make sure you have backed up all the below mentioned files before implementing the utility.
1. First, backup these files:
* \Windows\Explorer.exe
* \Windows\System32\wisptis.exe
* \Windows\System32\ieframe.dll
* \Windows\System32\shell32.dll
* \Windows\System32\stobject.dll
* \Windows\System32\TabletPC.cpl
* \Windows\System32\themecpl.dll
* \Windows\System32\themeui.dll
* \Windows\System32\powercfg.cpl
2. Download and run the utility.
3. Click “Yes” on the UAC prompt.
4. Click “I understand the risks, continue”

5. Click “Ok” on the patching complete screen. Reboot your system to unlock all features.

Note that the Blue Badge utility is compatible with previously patched (superbar) systems as well. Also note that this utility is only for 32-bit Windows 7.Will let you know once the 64-bit is released. Enjoy!!
