Create Startup Message In Windows 7 With Startup MessageBox Maker
Posted August 31, 2010 – 3:29 pm in: Freeware, Windows 7 GuidesLast week, we covered how to create a custom logon message using Logon Notifier tool. We also covered how to display the logon message by manually editing Windows registry. With Logon Notifier, you can only display the custom message just before the logon screen but you can’t display the message just after logging into Windows.
In other words, users who would like to create a message just after logging into the user account need to use a third-party tool named Startup MessageBox Maker.
Startup MessageBox Maker is a free tool that gives you the power to create custom startup message with buttons and icons. As you can see the above screenshot, we have added a custom startup message with custom icon and button combo.
You can select a button combo from the available six button combos. After entering the startup message title and body message in the respective fields, click Execute button to create the message. Clicking on Deactivate MessageBox will remove the message from startup.
