Customize Firefox Browser Look With Personas
Posted May 2, 2009 – 6:02 pm in: FirefoxThe default look of Mozilla Firefox browser isn’t very pretty; it’s decent but not good, compared to the Google Chrome. There are many customized themes available for Firefox browser, but they might not give you full satisfaction.
To customize the default Firefox look, you can use a small extension called Personas which helps you easily switch between many different lightweight skins with no further installation required.
Install the extension from here and restart your Firefox browser. Once you restart, you will see the fox mask icon at the extreme left of the status bar. Click on the fox mask icon to start customizing the Firefox appearance. There are over 200 skins available to choose from.
You will also get these settings under Personas Preferences:
# Show preview when selecting from menu
# Use text color
# Use accent color
# Show custom Persona in menu
You can even create your own Personas skin by heading to Personas page (requires an account).
