We often get “cannot delete file: It is being used by another person or program” error message in vista. Sometimes, this happens if a program has not closed a file properly. In this situation, we generally try with a reboot, but if the problem persists you need to use a third party free tool called Unlocker.
By using this free tool, you can easily delete any file or folder ‘in use’ easily. If you have not downloaded this file, just download it from here and then, install it.
How to use:
1.Right click on any file, which you need to delete.
