And finally, Kaspersky Pure also able to boost your Windows operating system performance by deleting browsing history, cookies and junk files. In addition to the usual Full scan and Critical areas scan, it also includes a new feature named Vulnerability Scan to scan your PC and apps for vulnerabilities that may allow for malicious attacks.

Password Manager is another major feature of Kaspersky Pure. Password Manager lets you generate strong passwords and saves them in an encrypted vault. While the current version of Pure (v2.0) officially supports only Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 operating systems, it does work well on Windows 8 as well. So, you can use this software as ultimate protection for your PC.

System Watcher is another impressive feature available in this version. It monitors all running applications and scripts for suspicious activities and also lets you reverse system changes that have been made by malware.

While Kaspersky Pure v2.0 officially supports only Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 operating systems, it can be installed on Windows 8 without any issues.
