Download Windows 7 Official BETA
Posted January 8, 2009 – 4:55 am in: News, Software Updates, Windows 7Though it is certain that the leaked 7000 build is the BETA build, MSDN & TechNet subscribers can now download the genuine copy of Windows 7 BETA by using MSDN & TechNet ID.
Microsoft has decided not to ship physical media this time and will be only available for a limited time to the first 2.5 million people who download the beta. The Windows 7 BETA will be available in English, German, Japanese, Arabic, and Hindi and each language will be available in 32-bit and 64-bit versions except Hindi.
Windows enthusiasts can download the public BETA at Windows 7 page on January 9th.The Windows 7 BETA will be available as an ISO image file and you need to burn the image to create bootable Windows 7 disc.
It is also confirmed that the Windows 7 BETA will expire on August 1st, 2009.
Microsoft has also released the final version of Wave 3 applications and which should be available on Thursday.
