Firefox 3.5.1 Available, Update Now
Posted July 17, 2009 – 1:06 am in: FirefoxIn order to fix a serious vulnerability in the recently released Firefox 3.5 browser, Mozilla has updated the Firefox browser to 3.5.1 version.
For those who are not aware – a critical vulnerability was detected in Firefox 3.5 browser, a few days back. Although temporary fix was released soon after the vulnerability found, most users have been using Firefox 3.5 without the temporary fix.
Many users who have installed Firefox 3.5.1, after downloading via FTP, reporting that the new version is faster and stable than the previous one. If you are a Firefox 3.5 user, you can update to the latest version by entering Tools > Check for updates option.
It might take a few hours to see the Official word on 3.5.1 version. If you eager to install, you can download it via Mozilla FTP server.
