Font Properties Shell Extension For Windows 7

By default, you view only basic information about a font by right clicking on a font file and selecting Properties. In case, you want to view more information you need to install Font Properties shell extension from Microsoft.
The extension adds Embedding, CharSet/Unicode, Features, Links, Description, Version, Hinting/Font Smoothing, Names and License tabs tabs to the properties dialog box. With this extension you can view almost every information available for a particular font.
The shell extension works fine on XP, Vista and Windows 7. But the downside is that Font Properties extension is available for only x86 version of Windows. So, if you are running x64 Windows, you need to find an alternative software. You might also like to know most popular fonts in Microsoft products.
