How To Access Windows 7 Host Machine Drives In Windows XP Mode

With this feature one can easily install and run XP compatible applications in the latest version of Windows as well. Most of the Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate edition users have been using this feature to get the best of XP and Windows 7.
Now if you have installed XP Mode, you might want to share one or more host machine drives with the XP Mode to access files and folders present in the host machine. To share a host machine drive with the XP Mode, you need follow the steps given below.
1. Run Windows XP Mode.
2. Click Tools menu and then click Settings option.
3. In the Windows XP Mode – Windows Virtual PC Settings box, click Integration Features.
4. In the right-pane, select the host machine drives that you want to share with the XP Mode.
5. Click Ok button to the see the shared drive in the explorer.
