How To Add Open With Paint Option To The Windows 7 Context Menu
Posted September 25, 2009 – 3:31 pm in: Windows 7 GuidesMany a time, we use the default Windows Paint program for basic image editing. It’s non secret that the Paint program is not packed with stunning features available in other free Paint programs, it is still useful for basic editing.
With default Windows settings, we need to right-click on the image file and then chose the Paint program in Open with list. To quickly edit a JPEG, PNG or other image file, you can easily open an image file with Paint with this trick.
How to add Open with Paint option to the context menu:
1. Download the Paint.rar file from here.
2. Extract the RAR file to desktop to see Add open with Paint and Remove open with Paint registry files.
3. Double-click on the Add open with Paint registry file to add the option to the context menu and use the Remove file to revert to the default.
4. That’s it.
