However the latest build comes with a bug that annoys the user after every boot, desktop.ini opens in Notepad on every boot. You need to follow the below steps to fix the desktop.ini bug of Windows 7 build 7057.
1. Head to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder. Here "C" is your Windows 7 OS drive. If you can’t see desktop.ini file, go to Tools> Folder Options > View , select "Show hidden files, folders and drives" and also un-check "Hide protected operating system files".
2. Delete desktop.ini file.
3. Also navigate to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
4. Again, delete desktop.ini if present.
5. You are done! This should fix the bug.
