How to use Fix It:
1. Restart your PC when the upgrade process stops responding at 62%.
2. Your computer will roll back to Windows Vista.
3. Now download Fit It from here.
4. Run the Fix It solution and then follow the steps in the Fix It wizard.
5. Start the Vista to Windows 7 upgrade process again.
