Please note that you need to run this tool as administrator (right click on the tool and select Run as administrator option) to run without an error. Update: Please note that there is a small bug. Though it removes the user picture, the user picture appears again without frame after hovering mouse cursor over other Start menu entries. Let us know your opinion about this tool in comments.
