SOLUTION = THE VERY SIMPLE SOLUTION :)

A = You have to open an elevated command prompt. That is, click Start and in the Start Search box, type cmd and press Ctrl+Shift+Enter. Click Continue on the User Account Control box.
Now in the command prompt window, type slmgr -rearm and press Enter.
(There is a space between slmgr and -).

Reboot if neccessary, the sage mista>>
