Microsoft recently announced the release of the tenth major version of Internet Explorer Release Preview to Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 operating systems. Users who would like to experience the newest version of Internet Explorer could now upgrade to Internet Explorer 10 .
Internet Explorer 10 includes many new features and major performance improvements. You will immediately notice the significant improvements in performance when you upgrade to this version of the browser from Microsoft. IE 10 is much faster than many popular web browsers out there for Windows. Also, IE 10 includes “Start with tabs from the last session” option and also Do not track feature is enabled by default now.
Complete the below mentioned instructions to upgrade your existing Internet Explorer 9 to newest version of the browser.
Step 1: Visit this page of Microsoft, select your language, select your Windows version and then click Download button to start downloading the setup file of Internet Explorer 10.
Step 2: Run the setup file and then click Yes button when you see the UAC prompt.
Step 3: Click Install button to begin upgrading your existing Internet Explorer 9 to version 10. Once the upgrade process is done, you may be asked to restart your computer. Click Restart now to restart your PC immediately or click Restart later.
You are done! After the restart, you will see the newest version of Internet Explorer.
