The recently released Internet Explorer 9 comes with lots of new features and improvements. Since one can’t use the already available Internet Explorer tweakers, Lee Whittington has released a new tool which lets you tweak the new features available in the latest version of Internet Explorer browser.

Using IE9 Tweaker one can create a custom homepage, make the menubar always visible, change the menubar position to the top, add 3D border between toolbar and web window, make the toolbar icons smaller, and more.
