A unique plugin for the famous Firefox browser to enhance its functionality. A sidebar plugin called Juice, developed by Linkool International has been launched to the public.
Juice, a sidebar plugin, helps you to view the additional information whenever you highlight a term in Firefox browser.

Grab a chunk of text, image or video and Juice will start performing its tricks. When dropping text into Juice, we’ll try to understand its meaning and serve you with context-relevant information. In the case of images or videos, we’ll let you store them for later viewing, while you keep browsing just the way you like!

Juice’s discovery engine, comprised of a natural language processing system and a dictionary management system, helps to evolve the semantic web by connecting keywords with the most relevant, rich content from third-party web services.
You can bookmark and organize rich content discovered for you! For example, when Juice delivers a video to you, you can simply add the video into your personal video playlist – for current or future viewing! You can also do this with the videos and images you discover yourself while browsing the web, by dragging the Juice the image or tab attached to the videos.

I downloaded the plugin with the intention for reviewing for my blog. But Fx started freezing randomely after that. Possibly due to incompability with some other extension I am using.

What I dont like about Juice is that it takes up a lot of screen space.
There should have been an option to resize the window or move it to the bottom.

Many thanks for reviewing Juice! We hope you like it and we look forward to sharing our new feature-set with you in the beginning of 2009.

@Pallab We’re listening and thanks to users (like yourself), we’ve started hiding the sidebar more frequently, so you will only see it, when you really want to (After a drag & drop or clicking on the Juice button). You can use the margin on the left of the sidebar to resize the sidebar itself if you’re uncomfortable with the default size.
