Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 includes all previously released updates for both operating systems. Many of these updates are available to the public on the Microsoft Download Center and Windows Update, while others are only available to specific customers.

As the Service Pack 1 (SP1) contains all these updates, it’s a recommend download for every Windows 7 and Windows Sever 2008 R2 PC.
