Microsoft Keyboard And Mice Drivers For Windows 8

Following the release of Device Center for Windows 8, Microsoft has now updated its hardware products page to help users download Windows 8 compatible software and drivers for mice and keyboards. Users who have updated to Windows 8 can now download appropriate software to pair Microsoft mice and keyboards with Windows 8.

With the release of Device Center, Microsoft has confirmed that you don’t need to download separate drivers for your Microsoft keyboard and mice. You just need to download and install the Device Center software to start using your device with Windows 8. The Device Center takes care of the device installation and configuration. Once installed, you can use the Device Center to personalize and customize your mouse and keyboard settings.

I multi-boot because I test software and unfortunately Windows 8 has broken my use of Bluetooth/Wireless Keyboard because Microsoft’s dongles don’t carry different passwords one needs to install without a passkey manually. Windows 8 prevents this.
