Microsoft Releases IE8 Reliability Update for Windows 7
Posted February 25, 2009 – 10:14 am in: IE, Windows 7Based on the feedbacks from Windows 7 Beta users, Microsoft has released a new update for Windows 7 Beta that will improve Internet Explorer’s reliability for users running the Windows 7 Beta.
According to the IE blog, this update will address many of the top crashes and hangs from the Windows 7 Beta. The update will also address the issues caused by third party applications like Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Flash, and many others.
However, note that this update will not install any changes introduced between Windows 7 Beta and Internet Explorer RC1. Users can download the update via download center or Windows update.
