Want to share your screen, application & documents with your friends to show something? Want to hold a small meeting with your team members? Microsoft SharedView is a cool free utility that enables you share your screen with up to 15 people at a time.

Starting a new session is very simple. Install and run SharedView to see a new SharedView taskbar. Click on the SharedView icon, sign-in with your live ID, and then click on the new session button to begin a new session.

Once you see the session name and password, click on the session Start button to open the session options. Now, you will see options such as Participants, Handouts, Share and Message box on the SharedView taskbar.

To invite one or more percipients, click the Participants and hit invite others button. Note that you need to have a Windows Live ID to start sessions, but not to join sessions. Share option lets you share your desktop or any other running applications with your participants.

Handouts are documents or other work files that you might want to share with session participants. You can upload (add), delete and download handouts.
