Windows Live home page has been redesigned with a brand new look.At present, only U.S visitors can see this new look. Microsoft has added new background images that will change regularly.If you place the mouse pointer on certain areas of the page for a second, a box pops up, which when clicked, takes the visitor to additional information page.
