Preselect Operating System You Want To Reboot Into Using iReboot
Posted September 20, 2009 – 12:35 pm in: FreewareMany of the Windows users are running Windows 7 in dual boot with Vista or XP. Often we need to reboot into other OS to do some work.
Generally, we need to use Reboot option, wait for system to shutdown, then again wait for system reboot and POST, and finally we need to select operating system to boot into.
With iReboot rebooting into another OS very simple. Just use the iReboot icon in the system tray to choose which operating system you would like to reboot into. iReboot will automatically reboot into the preselected operating system. You need not to select the OS entry in the boot menu as well. Very useful tool if you often reboot into another OS.
This utility is very small (247 KB) and works perfectly on Windows 7.
