Now, if you are looking for a way to get the Nexus One live wallpaper in your Windows 7 as well, you can try out the below mentioned procedure. As Windows 7 doesn’t support live wallpaper by default, we need to first enable the missing DreamScene feature to able to use live wallpaper. We advice you create a system restore point before enabling this feature on your PC.
Step 1: Windows 7 doesn’t come with DreamScene feature. To enable the same, you need to use a third-party tool named Windows 7 DreamScene Activator. Download the utility from here and follow our how to enable DreamScene feature in Windows 7 guide to enable the missing feature in Windows 7.
Step 2: Download Nexus One live wallpaper, and extract the Zip file contents to desktop or any other folder.
Step 3: Right-click on the N1 Dream Scene HD (.MPG) video file and select Set as desktop background option to get the Nexus One live wallpaper in your Windows 7. That’s it!
Please note that you can also any other video file as your desktop background. All you need to do is first covert the video file to .MPG format using any free video converters out there and then right-click on the video file and click Set as desktop background.
