System32 File Changer For Windows 7 x64 And x86
Posted October 11, 2010 – 9:42 am in: FreewareAs the name suggests, System32 File Changer is a portable standalone utility to quickly replace the default system files with custom ones. We have already featured a few free tools such as Windows 7 System File Replacer and Seven File Replacer to do the same task.
System32 File Replacer can be used to quickly install third-party visual styles in Windows 7 as most of these visual styles usually require replacing default system files.
Run the tool, drag and drop the system file that needs to replaced to the dialog-box. And then drag and drop the new file on the icon of System32 File Changer. This tool works fine on both x86 and x64 versions of Windows 7. The tool creates a backup of the original file before replacing it with the new one.
Before using this tool, make sure that you have one or more system restore points so that you can revert to the the default system state in feature. And, if you face any problems with system files, try to repair system files by following our how to repair Windows 7 system files guide.
