WinFox Adds Jump Lists For Firefox In Windows 7

Users who have used or users who have been using both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox on Windows 7 might already have noticed some missing Windows 7 taskbar features for Firefox.

It’s true that Firefox doesn’t support Windows 7 Jump Lists feature by default. If you are confused with Jump Lists feature, Jump Lists are lists of recent items, such as files, folders, or websites, organized by the program that you use to open them.

Customize Firefox Browser Look With Personas

The default look of Mozilla Firefox browser isn’t very pretty; it’s decent but not good, compared to the Google Chrome. There are many customized themes available for Firefox browser, but they might not give you full satisfaction.

To customize the default Firefox look, you can use a small extension called Personas which helps you easily switch between many different lightweight skins with no further installation required.

Install the extension from here and restart your Firefox browser. Once you restart, you will see the fox mask icon at the extreme left of the status bar. Click on the fox mask icon to start customizing the Firefox appearance. There are over 200 skins available to choose from.

You will also get these settings under Personas Preferences:

Get Windows 7 Explorer Look In Firefox Browser

How to install:

1. Download the style file from here and extract the file to desktop to get a file named userChrome.css.

2. Next, open Firefox’s profiles folder. You can easily open your profiles folder by typing %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ in Start menu search field.

3. Copy userChrome.css file to %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ \Chrome folder and restart Firefox browser.

4. Then, install the Glasser add-on and restart Firefox browser to get the exact Aero Glass effect.

5. Enjoy!
