Tweak Windows 7 With Windows 7 Manager
Posted May 18, 2009 – 2:51 pm in: FreewareWith the launch of Windows 7 Release Candidate, developers are working hard to release new Windows 7 tweaking and optimizing tools. Most the developers are either releasing new tools or upgrading the present tools to support Windows 7. One of the recently released new tools is Windows 7 Manager.
Windows 7 Manager lets you tweak, optimize, and clean Windows 7 effectively. This tool contains one-click cleaner, process manager, optimization & customization wizard and Windows 7 repair center.
As mentioned above, apart from the usual stuffs there is a repair center present in this tool. With repair center, you can repair context menu, file association, Internet Explorer, icons, sound problems, and several other general Windows options.
Another interesting option is immunity. According to the application author, immunize disk partition means that create the autorun.inf folder to prevent the autorun.inf file from being created, and the autorun.inf folder on NTFS is impossible to be deleted without permission, so your local disk or removable disk will not be infected with the autorun viruses.
Security section has been packed with some advanced tools such as file encryption and transfer system folders utility.
Overall, this is another decent tweaking and optimizing tool for Windows 7. Since this tool is still in beta stage, you might find it as bit slow. You can freely download Windows 7 Manager beta from the below link.
