Vista4Experts – Tweak Vista Like An Expert!

Probably there are over 20 Vista tweaking tools available with the same tweaking capabilities. In this post I will be writing on another Vista tweaking tool labeled Vista4Experts.

Vista4Experts is another Vista tweaking tool with very few tweaking options compared to other tools in this class.Vista4Experts comes with a mere of 19 tweaking options but all the options are really useful for a Vista beginner.

The biggest advantage of this tool is that it’s a standalone utility. That is, you can even carry this utility on your USB flash drive and tweak any Vista machine without the installation procedure. As mentioned earlier, Vista4Experts comes with 19 tweaking options, and they are:

1. Disable the Security Center notifications which become quite annoying when disabling the User Account Control.

2. Disable the User Account Control (UAC).

3. Disable Windows Defender’s daily automatic scan.

4. Disable the File Indexing Service which might be time consuming.

5. When searching non-indexed locations, include system directories.

6. Switch to the classic view of the Control Panel.

7. Always show the menu of Windows Explorer.

8. Show file extension even for known files.

9. Always show the menu of Internet Explorer.

10. Set Google or Live as Internet Explorer home page. This action should be checked if you want Google as homepage or unchecked if you want live.

11. Add Google to the Internet Explorer Search Bar.

12. Add MSDN to the Internet Explorer Search Bar.
