Watch Highly Detailed Status Message During Startup and Shutdown

When you enable this option, the system displays status messages that reflect each step in the process of starting, shutting down, logging on, or logging off the system.
Enable this as follows:
1.Type gpedit.msc in Start Menu Search box and hit enter.
2.Head to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System
3.On the right hand side, look for the option named “Verbose vs normal status message”.
4.Right click on “Verbose vs normal status message”> Properties.
5.Check the box “Enabled” and press Apply.
