Windows 7 RC1 Build Information Leaked!
Posted February 18, 2009 – 1:38 pm in: News, Windows 7Last week Windows 7 build 7022 was leaked to the torrents and this week it’s time to know that the upcoming Windows 7 RC1 build number is 7048.
Sources claim that a select pool of Microsoft testers have received Windows 7 Build 6.1.7048.winmain_win7rc1.090211-1625. That is, the Windows 7 build 7048 will come with RC1 (Release Candidate) label. The build number 6.1.7048.winmain_win7rc1.090211-1625 also states that the build was compiled on February 11, 2009, at 4:25 PM.
The last leaked Windows 7 build 7022 was compiled on January 15, 2009, at 6:50 PM and the leaked screenshots of the 7032 build indicates that it was compiled on January 29, 2009. So we can conclude that there might not be much difference between the 7032 and RC1 since we have seen a few changes from 7000 build to 7022.
