I still can’t understand how to remove (trim)unwanted parts from a movie. The tutorials are pretty good but the guys talk too rapidly. I use the pause button and replay but it is still difficlt to understand. Where can I find a more detailed explanation of how to use the trim tool?

I want to insert a movie I have made in Movie Maker into Microsoft Powerpoint. I have added captions and mp3 music to the movie (which was silent) and it works great in Movie Maker (only) as a WLMP (project file). Do I need to change this file to something else, how?. I cant get Media Centre to play the movie nor your competitor “Realplayer”. What is wrong? The big problem is Powerpoint doesnt want to insert the movie file. Why is it that one Microsoft program won’t accept another Microsoft program? Please reply soon as this is a “work” project that I have to complete quickly (and so far its taken me 2 days and I am no closer to success). Sorry, but I am “p’d” off.

After I transition the first photo, the transition options are gone and the only option I have left are pan and zoom. I can transition one photo or apply to all, but I can’t transition each photo individually. What am I doing wrong?

I have the same question as #7 above Maarten Hoogesteger. I am a physician and teach ultrasound by incorporating .wmv files into Powerpoint 2010. I now use Windows 7 and WMM is not supported, but LWMM is. I am not as enamored with LWMM but can use it. The completed project with appropriate transitions seems to be fine, but I cannot import the completed video into Powerpoint. Any suggestions?

I’m using MM Live and I prepare the folder, collect photos from the web as thumbnails and start making
the movie. However, some thumbnails come out as
out of focus when the movie is viewed. Is there some
kind of focus or pixil control I can use to fix this?
