Good news to all Microsoft product users! Microsoft has just launched Microsoft Fix it Center Pro beta in 18 languages to help Microsoft customers resolve issues quickly and easily. In simple words, this is the enhanced version of Microsoft Fix it Center.
Microsoft Fix it Center Pro helps you scan your system to identity and resolve specific problem area by using targeted analysis. You can find the most suitable contents, tools, forums, and help to address the symptom that you see, or the task that you are performing, using guided search tool.
You can also track research that you are doing on technical issues as work items. If you can’t solve a technical issue on your own, click the escalate button to turn your request into a support request.
Fix it Center Pro beta currently supports Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Forefront, Microsoft SharePoint Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Office products, Server Management Tools, Windows operating systems (XP, Vista and Windows 7), Internet Explorer and Windows Server.
