If you are closely following IntoWindows, you probably know about Windows 7 Boot Updater. And, if you are new to Windows 7 Boot Updater and IntoWindows, Windows 7 Boot Updater is an excellent tool to replace the default boot animation with a custom one.
We were the first one to cover about this tool back in September 2010. A new version of this tool has been released with many improvements and is now available for download.
Here are some of the major improvements in this version:
# Works for Windows 7 SP1
# Not longer sends to Windows Recovery Environment if you don’t have the hidden system partition
# Allows you to update resuming from hibernation screen while the previous version only made it revert to a really old design
# File size is significantly reduced (385 KB from 1.7 MB)
This is an excellent utility for advanced Windows 7 users. Please create a system backup or system image backup before using this advanced utility. Also note that you need to have installed Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 and MS Visual C++ 2010 library.
