ZamZar
ZamZar is a free service to quickly convert files from one format to another. ZamZar supported tens of file formats including RAR, ZIP, 7Z, CAB, and JPG.
Though ZamZar supports over 50 file formats, the catch is that you need to enter your email address to get the converted file. That is, after converting your RAR file to Zip, ZamZar doesn’t offer you a download link but instead it sends out a mail containing the download link to your email address.
To convert a RAR file to Zip, open ZamZar, select the file from your PC or enter the URL of the file, select zip as the output format, enter your email address, and then click the convert button. The maximum size per file is 100 MB.
