Enable Or Disable Kaspersky Safe Money In Windows 10/8/7

There is an excellent security feature called Safe Money in recent versions of Kaspersky Internet Security and Kaspersky Pure software. The Kaspersky Safe Money feature helps you make secure transactions when you visit a banking or any payment system website.

What’s Kaspersky Safe Money?

Basically, when you open the sign-in page of your bank’s or any other payment system website, the Kaspersky Safe Money feature in Kaspersky Internet Security and Kaspersky Pure checks its database to make sure that the webpage which is being opened is genuine and not a fake one, checks your PC for vulnerability critical for online banking, and then opens the webpage in Safe Money mode to protect your personal and financial data.

The other good thing about the Kaspersky Safe Money feature is that the security feature protects your clipboard data and unauthorized screenshot capturing when in Safe Money mode.

While Safe Money is a great feature, many users don’t want to see the webpage opening in a new window each time they visit the sign-in page of a banking or payment system webpage. If for any reason, you are not happy with Kaspersky Safe Money, you can turn off the feature under Settings.

The following steps and screenshots are based on Kaspersky Internet Security 2016. The procedure for other versions of Kaspersky Internet Security might be slightly different.

Opening a new banking site, will my Karpesky safe money program automatically give protection to this new site? It works very well for my other banking site.
