Apple Safari is a popular web browser developed by Apple. The Safari browser is the default web browser on Macs, iPhones, and iPads and offers a range of features that are pretty standard across other web browsers.

This is one of the common questions asked about Safari. Well, unfortunately, as of writing this article in April 2024, the Safari browser is not available for Android. In fact, as of now, Apple is offering the Safari browser only for its devices.

About a decade ago, the Safari browser was officially available for the Windows operating system as well. In fact, Safari for Windows is still available to download and install from Apple, but it is not the latest version. Apple stopped developing Safari for Windows long ago.

Is there an alternative to Safari on Android?

As you know, Google Chrome is the default web browser on Android, and it’s a solid browser. In fact, it’s the most used web browser not just on Android but also on other operating systems, including Windows. If you are not happy with it, you can try Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox.
