The Outlook New app lacks several features and options offered by the Outlook Classic program. Because of this reason, most Windows users are reluctant to switch from Outlook Classic to Outlook New.

Yes, you can have both Outlook Classic and Outlook New on your Windows 10 PC without any issues. For example, if the Outlook New app is already installed on your PC, downloading and installing the Outlook Classic app does not affect the Outlook New app in any way.

Install Outlook Classic from the Microsoft Store in Windows 10
Step 1: Visit this Microsoft Store page in the web browser of your choice.
Step 2: Click the View in Store button to open the Outlook Classic page in the Microsoft Store app.
Step 3: Finally, click the Get/Install button to download and install the Outlook Classic app.

Manually download and install Outlook Classic on a Windows 10 PC
Step 1: Visit this Microsoft page, select the language, and then click the Download link to download the Outlook Classic setup file.
Step 2: Run the downloaded Outlook Classic setup file to begin the installation. Please note that the Outlook Classic setup file is a web setup file, meaning it requires an internet connection to install the application.
Tip: The downloaded Outlook Classic setup file can be found in the Downloads folder.
Step 3: The installer will begin downloading and installing Outlook Classic. Note that the installer’s icon might appear in the system tray during the installation instead of the default taskbar. So, if you cannot see the installer icon on the taskbar, please click the Microsoft icon in the system tray to see the progress.

Another way to install Outlook Classic on a Windows 11 PC via the Store
Step 1: Click the official Outlook Classic link to open the Outlook Classic Store page in the web browser.
Step 2: Click the Download button to download the installer.
Step 3: Run the downloaded Outlook Classic installer to open the Outlook Classic page in the Store app.
Step 4: Here, click the Get or Install button to download and install the Outlook Classic app.
