Multiple methods exist to fix Wi-Fi issues on a computer running Windows 11. If the Wi-Fi problem persists even after trying all the possible solutions (including the built-in troubleshooter), you can consider uninstalling the Wi-Fi driver and then installing the newest version of the driver.

Uninstalling the Wi-Fi driver is easy. You do not need any third-party software or execute a command via PowerShell. Any driver can be uninstalled via the Device Manager.

Uninstall and remove the Wi-Fi driver from Windows 11 installation

Complete the given below directions to uninstall the Wi-Fi driver from Windows 11 installation.

Step 1: Before you uninstall the Wi-Fi driver, it’s a good idea to download the latest version of the Wi-Fi driver from your PC manufacturer’s website.

If the Wi-Fi is not working on your Windows 11 machine, you can download the Wi-Fi driver on another computer using the model number of your PC and then use a USB drive to transfer it to your PC.

Step 2: Open the Device Manager. You can either use the search function or right-click on the Windows logo icon on the taskbar and then click Device Manager to open it.
