Do you often print pages? Would you like to quickly access printer settings and see print queues on your Windows 11 PC? If yes, you can create a desktop shortcut of the printer to access print queues and printer settings.

While creating a printer shortcut on the desktop has always been easy in Windows, recent Windows 11 builds have removed Devices and Printers from the Control Panel. Instead, the Devices and Printers page redirects to the Bluetooth & devices page of the Settings app.
