The Device Manager in Windows 11 is used to view all installed hardware components. The same can also be used to install, uninstall, and reinstall device drivers.

Open Device Manager using the search in Windows 11
Step 1: Type Device Manager in the Start menu or taskbar search field and then press the Enter key to open the Device Manager window.

Open Device Manager via a run command in Windows 11
Step 1: Open the Run command dialog box using the search (type Run and then hit Enter) or Windows logo + R keyboard shortcut.
Step 2: Type devmgmt.msc and then hit the Enter key to open the Device Manager.

Open Device Manager from the Settings app in Windows 11
Step 1: Open the Settings app, if it is not already open. Note that you can open any page of the Settings app and need not to be at the home page.
Step 2: In the Settings app’s search field, type Device Manager and then press the Enter key to open Device Manager.

Step 1: Open the Control Panel using the search or any other method.
