The other day, one of my friends called me up and asked why I add Sent from Mail for Windows 10 tagline at the end of each email message. My friend was curious to know if I was promoting the Mail app as well as Windows 10.

The other problem is that the Mail app doesn’t sync your webmail signature. This means, for instance, if you have set up a signature for your Outlook.com email account in the web interface, the Mail app won’t use or sync the same signature while sending emails. Here is how to remove Sent from Mail for Windows 10 or customize the signature to add your name in Windows 10 Mail.
Step 1: Open the Mail app.
Step 2: Click on the Settings (gear icon) to open Settings pane.
Step 3: Click Signature to settings and options for Signature.
Step 4: Finally, select an email account from the drop-down box and then turn off the option labeled Use an email signature to stop the Mail app from adding Sent from Mail for Windows 10 message to your emails.
If you have added two or more email accounts to the Mail app, select the Apply to all accounts option to apply the change to all accounts.
As you can see in the picture below, you can customize the Sent from Mail for Windows 10 message by adding your name or company name.
