When you encounter an issue with Windows 11, it’s best to follow the general troubleshooting tips before contacting Microsoft support. For instance, restarting your PC, updating Windows 11 to the latest version, and running built-in troubleshooters (Settings > System > Troubleshoot) might fix your issue. We also recommend you search the internet to know more about the problem before contacting support. But for some issues such as the activation, it’s best to get help.

If you cannot find a fix for your Windows 11 problem, you can contact the Microsoft Windows 11 support team right from your Windows 11 PC. The built-in Get Help app helps you contact Microsoft support.

NOTE: The Get Help requires you to sign to the app in order to connect you to Windows 11 support team. If you are not signing in to Windows 11 with a Microsoft account (using a local user account), you must sign in to the Get Help app with a Microsoft account to contact the support.

The page also displays at what time you can expect a call from the support team so that you can keep your phone handy.
