Fix: Microsoft Store Missing From Windows 11 Settings > Apps > Installed Apps Page

Last Updated on January 15, 2025 by admin Leave a Comment

Microsoft Store app in Windows 11 lets users install apps from the official app store. The official app store has thousands of quality apps and games for the latest version of the Windows operating system.

Although the Microsoft Store app works quite smoothly, the Windows 11 operating system does offer an option to repair and reset the Microsoft Store for the times when the Store app might not work correctly.

One can reset or repair apps by navigating to Windows 11 Settings > Apps > Installed apps page and then opening the advanced options page of the app that you would like to reset or repair.

In the earlier versions of Windows 11, all installed apps, including the Microsoft Store, would appear in the Settings > Apps > Installed apps page. However, the recent versions of Windows 11 do not show Microsoft Store and some other apps on the Installed apps page as they have been moved to a new place called System Components.

Here is how to access the Microsoft Store app in Windows 11 to reset or repair it.

Method 1 of 2

Access Microsoft Store in Windows 11 Settings

Step 1: Launch the Windows 11 Settings app using search or Windows logo + I hotkey.

Step 2: In the left pane of the Settings app, click System. Now, on the right side, click System Components to see the Microsoft Store and a few other apps.
