That said, there is a way to install iMovie on a Windows 10/11 PC, which requires you to install macOS in a virtual machine on your Windows 10/11 PC and then install iMovie.
However, the problem with this approach is that it might not be legal as macOS is developed for Macs only, and running macOS on other devices is not officially supported.
