Not sure when will your Microsoft Office 365 subscription will expire? Want to check when your Microsoft Office 365 subscription is going to expire? In this guide, we will see how to check the expiry date of the Office 365 subscription.

Generally, a month before the end of your Office 365 subscription, Microsoft sends out a reminder mail to the registered email address asking to renew your subscription so that you can renew the subscription well before the last date.

And if you don’t renew your subscription till the expiry date, Microsoft will automatically renew your subscription using the credit card information that you provided during the purchase or last renewal. If you have no intention of renewing it, you should turn off Office 365 auto-renewal by signing in to your account before the renewal or expiry date.

What if I can’t sign in using the e-mail address I bought Office365 on? I bought mine as an academic licence and using my credentials it says the account is locked, presumably because I am no longer a student and the institution has closedf my email account. I can still, however use Office.

I have been unable to ascertain why my computer is unable to access Microsoft office when the subscription commenced on 22nd July 2016 and should therefore run for at least another month – please advise.
