That is, files saved in the Windows 11 Desktop, Documents, Pictures, Downloads, and other locations will be deleted unless you choose the “keep files” option during the uninstallation procedure. We recommend you back up all files before proceeding to uninstall and remove Windows 11 from Parallels Desktop.
Uninstall and remove Windows 11 from Parallels on Mac
Step 1: Launch the Parallels Desktop app.
Step 2: Do not start Windows 11. If it’s already running, click the Parallels Desktop icon in the Mac menu bar, click Actions, and then click Shutdown to shut down Windows 11. This step is crucial as you cannot uninstall and delete Windows 11 from Parallels Desktop when it’s running.
Step 3: Now, click the Parallels Desktop icon in the Mac menu bar and then click Control Center.
