Step 1: In the Start/taskbar search, type Appwiz.cpl and then hit Enter key to open Programs and Features window.
Step 2: In the left-pane of the window, click Turn Windows features or off link. Clicking on the link will open another new dialog called Windows Features.
Step 3: Look for Microsoft Print to PDF entry. Uncheck Microsoft Print to PDF entry and then click OK button to disable the feature. Click Yes button if you see the confirmation dialog.
Select Microsoft Print to PDF entry and then click OK button to turn on the feature.
