Turn On Or Off Microsoft Print To PDF In Windows 10

Microsoft Print to PDF is one of the lesser known features introduced with Windows 10. Many users are not aware of this excellent feature which enables you to save and convert any document to the PDF format.

With Microsoft Print to PDF, you can save webpages in PDF, convert JPEG, PNG and other picture formats to PDF, save scanned documents as PDF, and convert any document in PDF.

While Microsoft Print to PDF is a handy feature, there are many users who still prefer using third-party tools over the built-in function.

The feature is turned on by default and appears in the Print dialog. If you cannot see Microsoft Print to PDF in the Print dialog, you likely have turned it off.

To turn on or off Microsoft Print to PDF feature, follow the given below directions.

Here is how to turn on or off Microsoft Print to PDF in Windows 10

Step 1: In the Start/taskbar search, type Appwiz.cpl and then hit Enter key to open Programs and Features window.

Step 2: In the left-pane of the window, click Turn Windows features or off link. Clicking on the link will open another new dialog called Windows Features.

Step 3: Look for Microsoft Print to PDF entry. Uncheck Microsoft Print to PDF entry and then click OK button to disable the feature. Click Yes button if you see the confirmation dialog.

Select Microsoft Print to PDF entry and then click OK button to turn on the feature.
