6 Ways To View All User Accounts In Windows 10

Windows 10, like other versions of the Windows operating system, allows users to create multiple user accounts so that all users can have their own accounts.

If you have created multiple user accounts on your Windows 10 computer, you might be wondering how to view all user accounts on your PC.

This guide shows you the six easy ways to view all user accounts on your Windows 10 computer.

Method 1 of 6

Use the Settings app to view all user accounts in Windows 10

Step 1: Launch the Windows 10 Settings app. Go to Accounts > Family and other users page.

Step 2: The Other users section shows all user accounts on your Windows 10 installation, excluding the user account you have currently signed in to.

NOTE: The Family and other users page might not appear if you are a non-administrator.

View all user accounts in Windows 10 on the login screen

The sign-in or login screen, which appears just after the Lock screen, shows all user accounts on your computer. On this screen, you can simply click on a user account to sign in to that account.

View all user accounts in Windows 10 using Control Panel

The classic Control Panel also shows all user accounts exist on your Windows 10 computer.

Step 1: Open the Control Panel using search.

Step 2: Change the View by to Small icons and then click User Accounts.

Step 3: Here, click the Manage another account link to see all user accounts on your PC.

View user accounts in Windows 10 via Command Prompt

Step 1: Open the Command Prompt.

Step 2: At the Command Prompt window, type net user and press the Enter key to see a list of all user accounts on your PC. Note that the list does not include the user account you have signed in to.

Method 5 of 6

View all user accounts using Computer Management

Step 1: Open the Computer Management by typing compmgmt.msc in the search/Run and then hitting the Enter key. Alternatively, you can right-click the Computer/This PC icon and then click the Manage option to open the same.

Step 2: Here, in the left pane, expand Local users and groups.

Step 3: Next, click on the Users folder to see all user accounts on the right side.

Method 6 of 6

Another way to view all user accounts in Windows 10

Step 1: Type Netplwiz in the search or Run command and press the Enter key to open the User Accounts dialog.

Step 2: The Users for this computer section shows all user accounts present on your computer. The user accounts list includes all accounts, including the one you currently use.
