Step 1: Fire up the Chrome browser using search or any other method.

Step 2: Click the menu icon (three dots in the toolbar) and then click Downloads to open the Downloads history. If you prefer keyboard shortcuts, use Ctrl + J to open the same.

Step 3: Find the entry of the file whose download link you need. Click the “Copy download link” icon next to the file name to copy the download URL to the clipboard.

Step 4: Finally, select the address bar, press Ctrl + V to paste the download link in the address bar (called the Omnibar in Chrome), and then hit the Enter key.
